Born in 1984, Lahijan, Iran | Lives and works in Iran | studied sculpting at Tehran University of Fine Arts, graduating in 2009. She is a permanent Member of the Society of the Iranian Sculptors, and member of the Exhibition Committee of the Society of the Iranian Sculptors.
The young sculptor participated in many group exhibitions and her artworks have been awarded at the most prestigious national festivals. She was always passionate about creating artistic work, painting and creating jewelry, but her biggest love is sculpting.
Sara dedicates a major part of her work to addressing women’s issues, stressing that women are just very capable of hard work and artistic creation. She is also concerned with preserving Iranian tradition, and she supports this cause by enclosing elements of traditional Iranian architecture in her works.
