Our journey began with a shared passion for architecture and a desire to push the boundaries of design. We, four students from the University of Science and Technology and the University of Tehran, sought to create a diverse and original team, bringing together different talents to enhance our knowledge and creativity.
Our academic environment served as the perfect incubator for our exploration into kinetic architecture. We aimed to understand the intricate role of patterns in design and creation. Among various design alternatives, we were captivated by auxetic patterns—unique structures that expand perpendicularly when stretched. Driven by curiosity and innovation, we embarked on a challenging project to bring this concept to life.
Now, our focus is on refining this prototype, aiming to present a polished and sophisticated project at upcoming exhibitions. Through this endeavor, we aspire to share our journey and insights, contributing to the vibrant field of kinetic architecture and inspiring others with our innovative approach.
